The field-proven COMET System provides
orientation, navigation, fire coordination and targeting
capabilities for Turreted Armored Vehicles. |
These capabilities significantly improve firing effectiveness for tanks at the platoon and company levels. Comet is a real force multiplier.
The system is field-installable and its integration with a vehicle is
simple and does not require integration with the hull-turret encoder
The system consist of the COMET IMU sensor, a CDU (Command and Display Unit), and a connecting cable.
